We're changing the way we do business with you...

What's changing?
Fonterra is implementing a new business system (SAP) to streamline processes and add greater system smarts across its four Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) business units: Fonterra Brands (Tip Top) Ltd, Fonterra Brands (Australia) Pty Ltd, Fonterra Australia Pty Ltd and Fonterra Brands (New Zealand) Ltd.

Driven through the Catalyst Programme, these changes will enable our teams to work more effectively and manage critical business activities such as ordering, planning and managing inventory and importantly processing of payments, just to name a few. These changes will deliver greater benefits for both Fonterra and you, our Vendors.

Go-Live dates
Deployment of the new system and processes across Fonterra's ANZ businesses will be staggered over the next two years, commencing with Fonterra Brands (Tip Top) Ltd.

What can I do to prepare?
Over the coming months, we will let you know steps you can take to best prepare for the change. As you receive this information, it is important that your teams are informed via team briefings, displaying communications in tea room etc.

Right now, it is important to:
1. Register for email delivery of Purchase Orders - VendorCatalyst@fonterra.com
2. Confirm your contact details as provided on the initial 'We're Changing' Letter sent to your company - VendorCatalyst@fonterra.com
